TOMORROW is the HOME A MEET vs. Flower Hill at 4pm

• NOTE the day and time change. This meet was moved from Saturday, July 4th to Friday, July 3rd at 4pm.
• Please see the attached meet entries to see if your swimmer(s) will be swimming.
• If you have any questions regarding the meet entries, please speak to Coach Sophie, Coach David, Joanna Band, and Laura Szabo (A Reps).

THEME: Americana: Red, white and blue! Dress in patriotic colors!

SWIMMER CHECK-IN: 2:45 pm - Check in with Coach Sophie or Coach David

VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN: 3:15 pm - Check in with Joanna or Laura

TIMELINE OF EVENTS:

Fallsmead Warm-up - 3:00 pm to 3:20pm

Flower Hill Warm-up - 3:20 pm to 3:40 pm

Officials’ meeting - 3:20 pm

Timer’s meeting - 3:30 pm

Scratch meeting - 3:40 pm

National Anthem - 3:55 pm

Meet will begin promptly at 4 pm

WHAT TO BRING:

• Water bottle 
• Swim cap: Swimmers may not wear swim caps or suits containing logos of other swim clubs/teams.See Joanna or Laura if you need to buy a Sharks cap.
• Googles
• Towels

IMPORTANT:

It’s going to be a hot one! Swimmers and volunteers, remember to drink plenty of water and stay in the shade whenever possible.

Swimmers MUST see Coach Sophie and/or Coach David if they plan to leave the meet early. Relay teams may change during the meet and you may be needed for relays! The last event is a very fun and exciting freestyle relay involving 14u swimmers. Even if you aren’t swimming in a relay, please stay tocheer for your teammates!
