Hello Shark families,

Tomorrow is our first B meet at Willows.

Please see the attached meet entries to see the events your swimmer(s) will be swimming. If you have any questions regarding the meet entries, please speak to Coach Sophie, Coach David or B rep (Rachel Roudik).

Pool Address:10015 Bald Cypress Drive, Rockville, Md 20850 

Swimmers can be dropped off at the black iron gate before parents find street parking. The gate will be open.

Parking: Parking lot is very small, ride sharing is encouraged. Please do not park in the townhouse spaces as those are reserved for homeowners.

Detailed schedule below:

Swimmers, please arrive by 5:00 pm to check in with the coaches. Volunteers, please check-in with the B reps by 5:15 pm.

Meet Theme: Tie-Dye! Rock your tie-dye shirts and colors!

Timeline of events:

Willows Warm-ups: 5:00–5:20 PM

Fallsmead Warm-ups: 5:20–5:40 PM

Stroke & Turn and Officials’ meetings: 5:30 PM

Timers’ Meeting: 5:40 PM

Meet Begins: 6:00 pm

Kickboarders: Please see the junior coaches. The kickboard race will be at the start of the meet.

Volunteers: Please be on time! If you are running late, please text Rachel Roudik at (703) 282-0670.

Concessions: Napa Grill and Fred’s Ice Cream food trucks will be on-site serving food, treats, and desserts.

IMPORTANT Reminders and ACTION ITEMS:

• Friday’s Pep Rally: Bingo and Pizza night will start at 6:30 pm.
• The SENIOR meet and Home A meet against James Creek is on Saturday, June 28. Please indicate your swimmer’s availability by 6 pm TOMORROW.
• Relay carnival is on Sunday, June 29. Please indicate your swimmer’s availability by 6 pm TOMORROW.
